Delivery Process
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours to arrive within 5 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you of the delay promptly by email and despatch it to you as soon as it arrives.
Clever Monkeys currently only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands). If you would like us to deliver elsewhere please email us at info@clevermonkeys.co.uk and we will provide you with tailored delivery prices for your destination.
Standard Delivery Charge
Our standard charge for post and packaging is £4.95 per UK mainland delivery address. We will deliver by Royal Mail or courier service, depending on the size or value of your order.
Please note that if your parcel is too large for Royal Mail and you live in the Highlands, your delivery may incur additional charges. In these cases, we will inform you of any additional charges before despatching your order.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.
