Your use of this website is governed by the Terms and Conditions set out below. By using this website, completing the registration form with us and/or placing an order on the website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The website is owned and operated by Clever Monkeys Limited, registered in Scotland with company number SC291529. The registered office is 49 Manor Street, Falkirk, Central Scotland, FK1 1NH.
- Description and Pricing of Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that the descriptions and prices of our products are correct at the time when such information was entered onto the system. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours or other content available on this website are accurate, complete, current, or free from error. In particular, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour of any product caused by the software or the computer system used by you.
We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted by us in accordance with Section 3 below.
- Placing an order with Clever Monkeys
You will be guided through the process for placing an order on the Clever Monkeys website by a series of simple instructions on the website. Your actual order request for the products is placed by clicking on the confirm button at the end of the online order process.
Once you have placed your order, we will email you an acknowledgement which will state a payment reference and the amount which has been debited from your credit or debit card.
We may not accept an order from you if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, our acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between us will take place when we dispatch the goods ordered by you. We will send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement we will contact you by email or telephone to advise you of this.
- Payment and taxes
We accept online payment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 17.5%. The prices quoted exclude the relevant delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the goods ordered plus Vat and delivery charges.
- Passing of title
We will retain the legal ownership of any goods you order from us until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. If you return any goods to us, ownership of the goods will revert to us immediately upon any refund being made to you.
- Risk
Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.
- Delivery
We will deliver any goods you have ordered from us in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the delivery process. Please click here to see our delivery options.
All timescales quoted for delivery are estimated timescales only and may be subject to change. Clever Monkeys does not accept any liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
All orders received before 4pm will, subject to availability, be despatched on the following day for a 5 working day delivery. Those orders received after 4pm will be despatched up to two days later for a 5 working day delivery. In the event that an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will notify you of the delay promptly by email and despatch it to you as soon as it arrives.
Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.
- Acceptance
Once you have received the goods from us you will be deemed to have accepted them unless you return the goods to us within seven working days in accordance with our Returns Policy. If no such action is taken, we shall not be required to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change or cancel an order you have placed on the Clever Monkeys website you will be able to do so provided you have not yet received an email from us to say that your order has been dispatched. If you wish to exercise this right please call us on 01324 620201 or email us at info@clevermonkeys.co.uk.
Please note however that we generally process and prepare your order for dispatch immediately, so you may not be able to cancel your order in this manner. In these circumstances, you would have to return your order once you have received it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
- Returns
If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have received from Clever Monkeys you may return them to us within seven working days of receipt of the goods. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the goods are returned complete, in perfect condition and with the original packaging.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

- your use of any other websites which you may access via links within this website. Clever Monkeys does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content; or
- events beyond or reasonable control.
In no event shall the maximum aggregate liability of Clever Monkeys exceed the price of the goods supplied by Clever Monkeys to you.

These terms and conditions, together with our Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the Website and any purchase by you of any goods from Clever Monkeys. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Your use of this website and any purchase by you of goods from Clever Monkeys shall be governed by Scottish law. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
